Ishimoto Yasuhiro Photo Center 10th Anniversary, Ishimoto Yasuhiro Collection Exhibition

The Ishimoto Yasuhiro Photo Center at The Museum of Art, Kochi, was established in 2013, with the aim to properly conserve and administer, and continuously research into the work of Ishimoto Yasuhiro, as well as to widely communicate the value of the museum’s collection of works by this internationally renowned photographer from Kochi. Commemorating the Photo Center’s tenth anniversary, this exhibition looks back on Ishimoto’s career of diverse creative endeavors, and presents a selection of his most well-known photographs based on previous collection exhibitions.
